We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide the correct return instructions by email, including the most suitable return address based on your location and the nearest available warehouse.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
